"Very disappointed with my order from Nik Baker's. Found a hair in my shake, so gross which is a clear hygiene lapse. When I informed the manager about it, their behavior was quite rude and unprofessional—they didn't apologize properly and seemed dismissive. This spoiled the entire experience. Used to like Nik Baker's, but this poor food quality and bad customer handling has put me off. Hope they improve both hygiene and staff training."
