The food here was good and tasty, which made the experience somewhat enjoyable. However, the customer service left a lot to be desired. The staff member who took our order seemed distracted—first, he was busy elsewhere while we were waiting to place our order. Then, he moved to another till right beside us before finally telling us to switch sides in a rather rude tone. The way he handled the situation was unprofessional and made the interaction unpleasant. For a first-time customer spending around 4k, I expected much better service. Good food is important, but polite and efficient service is equally crucial for a positive dining experience. Hopefully, the management can train their staff to be more attentive and courteous to customers. Over it was fine. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
