Me and my friends went to this shop one day to have food. The taste of the food was excellent but the service of the shop was the biggest drawback. We bought two full mantis and they gave it minus a very small cup and refilled it twice. However, the minus did not reach the point of eating the chicken in that manti. There was no minus as half the chicken was left. When I asked them, they told me that the minus has been exhausted. They said no minus even though we are giving extra money. Then we went to the nearest supermarket and paid 40 rupees to buy a minus packet and we ate. However, they did not deduct that amount. They said that the sweets that come with the manti have run out and that is the reason why you are late. However we booked in the morning itself. We left around 2:30 pm. Even then, we arrived late and were told that everything had opened on the same day. No fault on us. We booked in the morning and went for lunch only in the afternoon. I don't know how poorly they provide service to those who have booked. The service there was poor. Also they gave a coupon at the end of 2023 in which they said that the prize will be selected by lottery and the result of that prize has not been announced till today. On that day they announced the date of group selection and when I asked they said that we have postponed the group date and after that I was not told any information related to it. We went to this shop and all these events happened in January but the reason I am posting this now is that we visited some other shops in Tiruvarur in the meantime and the customer service was superb. So we felt we had to say this.. We don't know how it is now. Because after that incident we lost all desire to go to that store now maybe the customer service is good..
