ஆங்கிலத்தில் எழுதுவதற்கு மன்னிக்கவும். dt 11 -10 - 23. After driving carefully back to tiruvarur, we realized , oh boy , today is a bandh in the delta districts, not even one hotel was open. We checked with a fruit seller near the bus stand as to where we can get any food and he showed us this hotel. It is just opposite to the old tiruvarur bus stand, just a small compact one room hotel. food is cooked right infront of you, at the enterance of the hotel itself. As we entered to sit down , they said since it was a total bandh , hence they had only dosa / uthappam. We agreed since we were glad and happy that atleast we got this to eat. Service was good, food was piping hot. food was served in a plantain leaf, which you have to carry and dispose off after you finish eating. Had a good time out there with the staff, who saved us literally by providing us food.
