Worst behaviour from the staff. They don't serve u at proper time and good food. They charge of appalam and vegetable extra. The worst ever management in madurai. Owner not taking any responsibility and handling only with the staff... The front staff is highly egoist and thinks all the customers are slaves to her... I recommend not to go to this hotel atall...
