Om Sweets is good, but in Delhi. Here the quality is below average. In Palampur, there are better outlets available. I went to the place with high hopes, but was severely disappointed. Emarti had sugar crystallised inside, milk cake tasted stale, chhena toast tasted like stale rasgulla, although Rasmalai was good. Few things to note: 1. GST is charged above the price written in front of the sweets. 2. You will get the bill only if you ask for it. You will pay GST nonetheless. 3. The owner will label all constructive comments as fake. EDIT: REPLY TO OWNER: Please let me know who the "concern person" is. If they are open to hearing, I would love to talk to them next time I am in Palampur. You understand everything, but only if you could understand how to handle criticism constructively!
