Complaint Regarding Poor Food Quality and Customer Service Dear Chai Sutta Bar Palampur, I would like to bring to your attention my recent disappointing experience with your restaurant. I ordered Masala Fries, but what I received was completely different — the fries were unhygienic, poorly prepared, and tasted unpleasant. When I raised my concern, the staff argued that it was their “different recipe,” which felt disrespectful and unprofessional. This is not the first time I’ve had an issue. Earlier, I had ordered Garlic Chilli Chowmein, and it was extremely sour and inedible. Such food quality and customer handling are unacceptable.
