We recently had dinner at Sri Chitturi Heritage Roopali Veg in Tanuku. ️ We ordered 4 pulkas with methi chaman curry, followed by a Punjabi biryani. The biryani was good, but different from what I'm used to in my city—still, the taste was decent, just not amazing. After that, we tried the special chicken fried rice. The quality was good, but the quantity was only enough for one person. The curry portion was also quite small. When we got the bill, it was over ₹1000. They were running a contest for bills above ₹1000, where you pick a paper from a box with the chance to win up to a 20% discount, gadgets, or even a mobile phone. We didn’t get so lucky but did score a 10% discount! ️ Overall, the food was good. The restaurant also has a separate veg section where you can get unlimited food for about ₹220. It includes 5 to 6 types of curries, veg biryani, pulkas, and paneer curry, with dishes changing based on a day-wise plan.
