The Hotel chitturi Heritage boasts a fantastic location, putting you right in the heart of the action. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, the room cleanliness fell a bit short of expectations. While everything seemed generally sanitized, there were some minor details like [mention specific issues: dust bunnies in corners, un-vacuumed carpet areas, etc.]. A bit more attention to detail during room checks would elevate the overall experience. Overall, it was a pleasant stay thanks to the location and staff.
