Enjoy Vegetarian cuisine at this restaurant. Guests don't like biryani at Hotel chitturi Heritage. The gracious staff welcomes people all year round. The prompt service displays a high level of quality at this place. You will definitely like the cozy atmosphere. But a number of visitors who use Google didn't give this spot a high rating.

Very pathetic service. Presently most of the staff are new and they don't know telugu and even the culture of responding towards customer. Food is also normal only not the one which we are earlier. I hope management is also not interested in running the hotel. Management should improve service to customers betterly than creating new schemes of food which are as usual only. It's better to avoid the restaurant. Service: 1

The Hotel chitturi Heritage boasts a fantastic location, putting you right in the heart of the action. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, the room cleanliness fell a bit short of expectations. While everything seemed generally sanitized, there were some minor details like [mention specific issues: dust bunnies in corners, un-vacuumed carpet areas, etc.]. A bit more attention to detail during room checks would elevate the overall experience. Overall, it was a pleasant stay thanks to the location and staff. With some improvement in room neatness, this hotel could be truly exceptional. Service: 2
