Hi Sunil Kumar Reddy garu, Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re always open to constructive criticism, and it helps us improve and grow. To clarify a few points from your visit: • The “mutton juice” you referred to is actually our Shahi Mutton Gosh-style milk-based cream, made with kaju, badam, and black pepper—a rich accompaniment crafted to complement the mutton. • The fish we serve is imported Vietnamese basa, known for being soft, smooth, and completely boneless. If you haven’t already, we highly recommend trying our Fish Fritters on your next visit—they’re a customer favorite. • What you referred to as “natukodi chicken” is actually our Naatu Chicken Mandi—clearly mentioned in the description. It features boneless chicken grilled on a tawa with our chef’s special Indo-continental spice mix. • Regarding facilities, we do have two separate washrooms—one for male and one for female customers—located side by side. • As for the complimentary soup, we intentionally do not serve one, as we believe it doesn’t align with or elevate the true flavors of our dishes. We genuinely value your feedback and are sorry to hear that the ambience and overall experience didn’t meet your expectations. We’ll continue working to improve on all fronts and hope to welcome you and your group again for a better experience next time. Warm regards, Team SPUDATO
