Visited Masterpiece Buffet at Preston Prime Mall, Gachibowli with high expectations, but it turned out to be a big disappointment. The ambience is below par, made worse by extremely loud and irritating music that completely ruins the dining experience. Instead of feeling relaxed, it felt chaotic and uncomfortable. They advertise 300+ food varieties, but in reality, both the quality and actual variety are very poor. Most of the food was cold, soggy, and completely lacking taste. Nothing felt fresh or well-prepared. The salad bar and live counters are a joke — very limited options and poorly maintained, with nothing that stands out or feels “live” in any meaningful way. Overall, this place feels more like a marketing gimmick than a genuine buffet experience. Definitely not worth the price, and I wouldn’t recommend it unless major improvements are made in food quality and ambience. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
