Had a very unpleasant experience at SPR Veg Restaurant. A staff member named Kumar was extremely rude and unprofessional while dealing with customers. His attitude was disrespectful, and he spoke in a harsh manner even for simple queries. Customer service is just as important as food quality, and this behavior completely spoiled the experience. Management should take this seriously and provide proper training to their staff.

U will get best DOSA ...Very tasty ...nowadays they serve hot dosa...first the waiters werw slow...dont miss to taste dosa in spr...i just love it. Thanks to SWATHI OWNER OF SPR...regarding customers she is very verykind....
