I recently visited your restaurant and, unfortunately, the overall experience was quite disappointing. The ambiance was average — nothing particularly inviting or memorable. The menu was complicated and only available online, which made ordering very inconvenient. Not everyone wants to browse a confusing digital menu, especially in a dine-in setting. The service was poor — slow, inattentive, and unprofessional. It really affected the overall dining experience. The food was just okay, nothing worth coming back for, and certainly didn’t make up for the other issues. Overall, the visit did not meet expectations. I hope these areas are improved, because right now, there’s little that would make me want to return or recommend it to others. It was my first time here. The ambience was Arabic theme which was good. When it comes to eating I started with the starters like Korean Chicken and Chicken Drums of Heaven. And they were delicious. Then I tried Chicken Mandi and Mutton Juicy Mandi. This was the first time I was having a Mandi and it was really delicious. The Mutton Juicy Mandi was absolutely delightful with the softness and juicyness of Mutton, and the gravy was awesome. Same for the Chicken Mandi. We have drinks like grape juice in the beginning and sprite, thumbs up in the end as complimentary beverages. My friends really do like it. Overall, it was very good. Looking forward to trying other things in the future. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Went in for my Bday Treat ! .. My 3rd time here and it's absolutely amazing. The food, the ambience and the atmos is perfect. Chicken Kebab Mandi is way over the top and is a must try with A chicken delicacy - Perfect for full 5 people easily ! ... The serving time is perfect in 15mins the Food is served hot and delicious ! .. Thanks and Kudos to the entire team of Spicy Flames You guys deserve it.
