I recently visited The Bombai for the first time, and I have to say, the ambiance was fantastic. The atmosphere was cozy yet sophisticated, with elegant decor and soft lighting that made for a relaxing dining experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, adding to the overall pleasant vibe. However, when it came to the food, I was a bit underwhelmed, especially considering the prices. The dishes, while well-presented, didn't quite live up to the high expectations set by the upscale setting. The flavors were decent, but not as bold or refined as I had hoped for the price point. Portions were fair, but nothing about the meal felt particularly remarkable or worth the premium cost. Overall, while the ambiance and service were spot on, the food left much to be desired. I would still recommend this place for drinks or a casual hangout, but for a full dining experience, it may not be the best value. The food is upto the mark. But the prices here are not justified. Given it's a cafe. I had the crab cakes and Cobb Salad. Crab cakes were good. Cobb salad was absolutely not a Cobb salad but some random mixture of veggies... Atmosphere and crowd is good. Can give it a try for a one time experience. Had a great experience- ambience, food, service I will put extra effort to talk about the service because it was JUST SO GOOD The chef personally came to us and asked about our feedback on each dish, there was one chicken dish which i did not like, the chef insisted to modify the dish according to our taste buds and he really could bring the change i was wishing for. The staff, waiters also kindly assisted and one of them, was really passionate about taking our pictures, and got some great pics Bombai Cafe is good to go with family, with friends, if you wanna go on a date, its all good Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Butter Chicken with Butter Naan, Pav Bhaji, Chicken Mohammadaly, Sandwich Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes
