We had visited the spice it restaurant and very sad to say that it was a very poor experience The overall menu on the buffet was cold and when we sent back the Plain dosa which came from the live counter which also was cold we called for the F&B manager who was just being defensive at every step . Ms Varsha who introduced her as the F&B director had no warmth and came with a defensive attitude and a preconcieved notion , not what you should have in the hospitality industry . We paid the bills and left as she was not very empathetic to what we had to give as a feedback her only statement was that the other are enjoying the food making us seem like the outcast . Felt discriminated. Poor show
