This restaraunt is a BLAST!!. The moment you walk in , it feels like you stepped into a another dimension. The food is just OUT OF THIS WORLD. Quantity is HUGE and prices are pretty reasonable. There is nothing wrond with this restaurant. Overall, this is a strong 9.5/10. I visited to Utsav near Viviana....with a family of 13 people. Such a rude behaviour by waiter (I would have respectfully called him server - but deserves to be called waiter)... tells us "chutney's will be chargeable" - 3 times" (by the way my bill amount was more than 12 K +......never visit hotel, ban them. Manager did not even apologized. Bad service, rude behaviour ....you take a call if u want with big group...and spoil your celebrations

The worst customer service you can expect. I would not have given even one star. This is just for the ambiance.
