Disappointed with Service at Spice It - IBIS Hotel ORR Visited on Saturday and sadly, the experience was far from pleasant. Despite being part of a well-known hotel chain, the service was shockingly slow — it took over 40 minutes for our food to arrive. To make matters worse, our starter order was completely missed, and we had to follow up multiple times just to get basic attention. The management seemed poorly coordinated, with no clear communication or accountability. For a place that promotes itself as premium and professional, the lack of hospitality was frustrating. I left feeling disappointed and let down. Would not recommend if you're expecting timely service or basic courtesy.
