Speed Breaker – The Desi Cafe is a go-to chai spot near BTM Lake, and honestly, it doesn’t need much of an introduction. It’s already popular among locals, especially for quick tea/coffee hangouts. The tea and coffee are both good, and the menu is surprisingly extensive for a casual café — with snacks, rolls, and a variety of quick bites. I’ve personally tried the rolls, and they were okay-good — nothing fancy, but decent for the price and setting. The vibe is chill and very “adda-friendly” for college students or after-work tea breaks. If you’re in the BTM area and looking for a casual place to unwind with chai, this one’s already tried and tested. Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 4 Service: 4
