Worst experience!! Can’t give below 1 star.. Right from the time I entered the Spectra it was terrible. Booked a table for 4 facing the sea, but they offered a center table. Asked to check my booking and still denied to grant the requested seating. Then they made us wait for 10 mts and cleaned a table to be allocated. Now to the food order and service. No one was ready to even attend our table even once without being asked and raise the hands 100 times. Plates were never removed from table and need to ask for it every time. Water was not offered or refilled. Food - grade as very below average and not much of a great spread. The dessert counter was never refilled. It was around 3pm, the counters were getting closed , is it not mandatory to check with the guests and inform on the closure ?? Coffee - ordered for a cafe moca and it was the worst coffee I have ever had in my life. A 5* hotel cofee - see the pic attached and you can comment on it .. do they even know what is Latte art ? Or how to do the froth in a coffee? I am fed up of writing a review of this pathetic place!! Finally after I raised and complied - Sameer - the incharge was trying to pacify and give offers .. we are not there to gain offers and eat for free , we expect service for the money we pay and in a Serivce industry - customers are your king.. hope someone from the hotel sees this and teach something good ..
