An unforgettable dining experience! I recently had the pleasure of enjoying a lavish dinner at Spectra, and I must say—It was my third visit and as always it exceeded all expectations! The buffet spread was incredibly impressive, offering a wide variety of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Every dish we tried was rich in flavor, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection. The ambiance was elegant and serene, with attentive staff who made the evening even more enjoyable. Whether you're a fan of classic Indian cuisine or prefer global dishes, there’s something here for every palate. I especially loved the starters and dessert section—they were the highlights of the night! Highly recommend this place for a luxurious dining experience with top-notch service and unforgettable food. there's nothing from the hotel. I do have problem with the app where it showed 3500 for 2, but I was charged 6442.80 for two.

I booked lunch at Spectra for my birthday with my wife and kids. Below 5 years kids eat for free. 3k for a buffet but It didn't meet my expectations. No live counters expect pasta, Which was served very late & cold. Asian live counters was closed. Grill live counters was also closed. The raagi conge was very salty and it was removed after I reported. Only chicken beef and mutton was available in the spread. Expect fish no other sea foods was available, not even prawns and crab. Starters and Desserts was really good. In Nonveg Main course only briyani was available in rice varieties. When asked why the variety and live counters is not available they are suggesting that if you come for dinner you can have more live counters and varieties. (As if, the lunch buffet is free of cost) Stand alone buffet restaurants below 1k price tags have more sea food varieties. Birthday lunch was disappointed.
