Went for a family dinner and it was my father's birthday. It was a superb dinner the restaurant is completely top notch and the services are superb. The buffet spread was very huge. Taste is something which is very important and I tried many hotel buffet but spectra buffet quality was too good. The services were amazing and the staffs are very polite and humble. They all are very attentive. Sameer the incharge was very caring and always checking for the quality service. Chef Aman also look after on our allergen requests. Especially mentioned staffs Sameer, Aman, Purnima, Geneive, Karthik , Pintu , Icshika , Alienla ,Ruksana and Priti . They all celebrated my father's birthday. It was a memorable day for me and my family. Thanks Spectra team and Mark for making the day. Absolutely pathetic experience as either all of their restaurant staff are either undertrained or heavily demotivated.. having visited their other properties with positive experiences like Bangalore and Goa (now St.Regis). it was a total turn off here.. many chefs weren’t even present in the live stations like pizza and grills, nobody bothered to replenish empty dishes until and unless told (as early as 8pm) I had to personally walk up multiple times, ignorance and arrogance to state the least! And yes! This was a paid dinner! They would not even bother clearing your plates (you are at their mercy!) No where close to 5 star experience by miles! Considering food as an integral part of the experience of luxury priorities, I would not look forward to visit this property again neither would advice others.. I went there for breakfast on the 29th ,A very confused environment, none of the staffs new what they were doing. Food on display was oily and cold. The staffs were very disorganised on what to do. For instance i Ordered coffee and asked for a spoon. The got me a huge table spoon. No training i guess. The live counters were good. But i wouldn’t pay the dee again to eat there. Just cause i stayed there and got a complimentary breakfasts eat there. Yeah not going there again. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
