What can I say that’s already not been said. The BEST hands down sushi bar in town imo. The decor, the vibe of it all and the food, oh to die for. I just wish they have Soju available next time. I’ve already been there twice in two weeks now since I discovered this place. The ground floor is where you can come for brunch and shopping Misfits merch. You’ve the Korean BBQ at the second and the sushi bar at the top floors respectively. Each floor it worth it’s own visit and the entire menu is a must try. Only slight caveat is that this can be quite pricey. We spent upwards of 8k in a group of 5 and 4k for just a couple. That being said, it’s genuinely money well spent. Finally Visited My Bucket List Café—and It Was Worth Every Bite First Impression After years of wanting to go, my friends and I finally dined at this adorable Japanese café—it exceeded all expectations. Ambiance Cute décor and thoughtfully arranged seating—cozy yet bright, perfect for leisurely meals or catching up. Food & Drinks We tried Ichiban chicken ramen (hearty and deeply satisfying), Pork Sui Mai (juicy and flavorful), and a Non‑veg Carnival sushi boat (a beautiful, addictive mix of crab, salmon, chicken, and prawn). Mocha and Taro boba were rich and delightful—the perfect sweet ending. Overall Impression & Value Generous portions, expertly crafted flavors, and an inviting atmosphere—great value for anyone who loves Asian cuisine. Recommendation If Japanese or Asian food excites you, don’t wait as long as I did—this spot is absolutely worth trying. Soy Yum had been on my wishlist for a while and finally got to try it. The taro bubble tea was hands down the best boba I've had in Calcutta with generous amount of boba, and it also looked very pretty.the dim sum, Japanese gyoza and pork belly yakitori were excellent. Gyoza had a crispy frill, which made it perfect, and the pocket belly had the perfect meat to fat ratio. But the tempura was oily and disappointing and had very basic vegetables. The Korean wings felt very generic, and the tonkatsu ramen was the biggest letdown with a flat broth and broken bits of chasu. Dessert (tiramisu) looked pretty but was very average, had better at Pico and Fabbrica. Service was polite but no one asked for feedback. The ambience, however, is beautiful and luxurious. Mixed experience overall - I'll return for their drinks and maybe breakfast, but never for ramen. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
