We had several dinners at the Southern Basil restaurant, part of the Fidalgo hotel in Goa. The food was of high quality and delicious. Staff were very attentive to our needs and ready to give us advice when we asked. We had a mixture of goan and southern Indian food (served on banana leaf) and all meals were excellent. We highly recommend this restaurant.
