Dear Poorna Raj, We’re disappointed to see this review, especially after our staff clearly explained that our thali is an individual meal and not meant for sharing ;a policy we communicated during your visit. We’d also like to point out that all our prices are clearly mentioned on the menu, and as a customer, you have the full freedom to review them before placing an order. If you found our offerings overpriced, it’s surprising that you chose to dine with us again the very next day. This raises concerns about the intent behind your review. Our team puts in consistent effort to offer quality food and courteous service to every guest. We welcome genuine, constructive feedback, but it is disheartening when it seems like someone is intentionally trying to tarnish our reputation despite being treated with respect. We stand by our staff, our food, and our policies — and we remain committed to serving those who value hospitality with honesty and fairness.
