Worst place to go for lunch.there was a powercut in between also and generator took time to start. I ordered kadhai paneer fried rice and raita initially,that kadhai paneer was so spicy and tasteless and raita curd was not good. so I ask for mushroom stuffed ...and at the end I ask for water bottle the mrp of bottle is 18 they charge 30 I ask why 30? They told it is becoj ac and ambience is there so we are charging more here.and there is no stair case only one lift which is not regular one a bit scary .staff is also less . Coming to the only good part is it is spacious. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Extremely disappointing experience at Narula Restaurant. This place used to be one of my favorites, but my last two visits have been nothing short of a disaster. The food quality has completely gone down. • Crispy corn was over-fried, dripping with oil. • Kababs tasted sour and completely off. • Naan was soggy and half-cooked. • Monchow soup was watery, and the fried noodles served with it were extremely hard. • Chicken kassa was horrible — unbearably spicy and poorly cooked. Even the ambience and service have deteriorated — slow, careless, and unwelcoming. Really disappointed to see how far this place has fallen from its earlier standards. Definitely not visiting again.
