The service is pathetic. The server completely forgot our veg starters. The food tasted horrible. We ordered Mutton Rogan Josh and it was cooked in egg curry. The gravy didn't have any taste of mutton. It's astonishing this place is such highly rated, with this kind of service and food. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 1

Narula's restaurant, in the busy main market place on Janpath, Ashok Nagar has also a lodging units known as Basera Hotel and both are complementary to each other and thus are presented in the Review for public appraisal. Basera hotel is an extension of the restaurant area and has 12 double bed spacious rooms. For Single occupancy the charge is Rs. 1800/per day and for double occupants, the rate is Rs. 2200/.GST is 12%. Check out time is 24 hours. Rooms manageable, clean and AC. The restaurant is cosy with ambient atmosphere. Interior is well decorated, illuminated and furnished with sofa and cushion chairs. Ultra modern set up inside the restaurant. On 03/01/2025,My family and friends had lunch for celebrating New year 2025. We ordered for seven persons,food and desserts as per the invoice bill. Culinary is excellent and all food items very tasty and fresh. Price is moderate and affordable. Staff are friendly and soft spoken. There is no wheelchair accessibility, Parking for vehicles is street roadside. Lift provision with lift attendant, available for visitors. Bakery products for sale is displayed on rakes. We enjoyed the culinary and visit to Narula's Restaurant. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
