Absolutely disgusting experience at South Cafe Restaurant, Bilaspur. After being regular customers for 4 years, this is what we faced. A dishwashing scrub/cleaning particles was found inside the dosa — this is not just negligence, it’s a serious hygiene failure. We paid the bill first and then raised the complaint, yet the owner showed complete apathy and made us wait for around 10 minutes, as if this was normal. This shows a total lack of professionalism, hygiene standards, and respect for customers. Unacceptable and unsafe. This was our last visit.
