The latest one I ordered, the Chocolate Caramel and Almond Praline cake, was truly sublime. The flavours were rich and balanced, the texture was moist and velvety, and the presentation was stunning. What sets Hemangi apart is her using only the finest, top-notch ingredients. You can taste the difference in every bite. And the best part? We ordered a classic black forest for our mum's 60th birthday. This was not your usual cake you get at pastry shops. This is was tasty, the sponge was moist, the chocolate lollipops were so yum. All my guests loved the cake. Hemangi is so patient with your requests, she's the best. She also delivered the cake before my party and the cake was intact and just how we ordered.
