Yesterday 05.09.2025 we visited cafe and ordered chicken pizza combo and browny with ice cream .... The heights of service issue we have faced... 1.They dint gave us soft drinks which was included in combo offer.... Only pizza and french fry was served that too wen we have asked for oregano & sauce or chilli flakes that time they provided us even after food was served more than half an hour passed after ordering.... How could your staff forget to give items even though we have paid for the same???? Is this your service to customers? Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

We had worst experience at soul cafe. They made us wait 20 mins for a cup of tea and when we complained the staff told us that we should have tea where it takes only 5 mins. This was one of the rudest encounters in Kolkata. Service: 1
