Have been to the new location since they moved from the Mala Panjim location, in short this place is NOT to be missed for an authentic North Indian culinary experience. Service is par excellence and food just sublime. Please let the owners guide you through the menu. I would give them 12/10. Will not hesitate to return in the near future. Anuj was quite adamant about visiting Soul Chef once again. On his previous trip to Goa, the restaurant had been located in a rather tourist-heavy area, so we took a few moments this time to scan the menu and decide if it fit our lunch plans. Our host was courteous and thoughtful, patiently guiding us through the menu and recommending dishes that suited our preferences perfectly. With “Coastline by Hollow Coves” playing softly in the background, a chilled pint of Bud set the mood. I paired it with the good old chilli chicken—flavourful and well-marinated, with real chillies that added character without overpowering the dish. The street-style noodles were slightly dry but made up for it with excellent taste. The veg fried rice was prepared exactly as requested—mild and non-spicy for my son, which we truly appreciated. The service was prompt, the ambience relaxed, and we walked out thoroughly satisfied—another pleasant Soul Chef experience well worth revisiting. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Lunch
