I was travelling from Kalyan west to east and wife requested for a chocolate truffle and I stopped at this store to pick one, when asked they heated the pastry in oven and gave me, I had no idea why did they do that but since I had to rush to take out the car, I did not ask them much and gave it to my wife to eat and it seems it was a stale piece of pastry and when contacted back to the store they are not even bothered to listen to the point and asking us to get back to store with the left out piece which we had already thrown.

Souffle management if you are reading this, I am not looking for refund of your Rs70 but I am much more worried about the health of your patrons.

As your team at the store was pretty sure this was their fault and had agreed to refund us but then I believe one of your partner denied as he feels I am fighting for Rs70 and not ready to listen to the point that I was putting in front.

Patrons please check the cake/pastry before you buy from this branch as you never know you can be the next victim
