Extremely poor and unacceptable quality. Bought two Red Velvet pastries from Monginis and both were clearly old and stale. They had a horrible smell like dambar tablets and tasted absolutely weird and inedible. This is not just disappointing, it’s shocking from a brand like Monginis. Selling spoiled pastries is completely unacceptable and shows zero concern for customers. The Monginis team must seriously check their product quality and freshness, or this kind of negligence will ruin their brand image. Food: 1
