I have mixed feelings about this place. Did I like the taste of the food? For most dishes, it is a yes.Are the portions worth the price? Hell no! I have been to this place three times and well, the third time was not a charm for me. Rather, I got to witness the portions going from less to almost nothing. Sad!!!To begin, you have to order two portions of barbeque if you want to try it. The helper comes with tiny portions of meat and you feel extremely cheated when you see the portions. The Deji Kalbee and the Sam Gyup Sal score in taste but disappoint in the quantity offered for the rate. The do provide a number of side dishes but even then, asking for a refill of a tiny side dish feels like you are asking the people for free food. Yikes ...The Kim Bab (seaweed roll with chicken) is nothing great to speak of and I have had better. The Bee Bim Bab was my pick of the lot. It was hot and appetising and one can taste the different flavors that are used while preparing this dish.The U Dong is done perfectly and it is one of the best in Bangalore.They give complimentary cheesecake and tea at the end of the meal and a pancake at the beginning but then again, they are nothing extraordinary.Again, if you are expecting the prices to match the portions, you will be severely disappointed. The taste is not bad, to be honest, but if one is shelling out almost 800 bucks per dish, it may seem unfair. Heard and read reviews about the owner's behavior and high-handedness. However, she was warm and hospitable each of the times I visited Soo Ra Sang.If only the portions matched the prices ...

THE WORST OWNER AND STAFF I EVER ENCOUNTERED IN THE 30 YEARS OF MY LIFE! The manager and the owner were literally scolding us for not knowing what the dishes are and how to eat them. They have no manners. I havent got screamed at or talked to this way ever in my life. Please dont go here and have the biggest disappointment of your life. They literally look down on you and cross question you. I felt like being a student who is freaking scared of the school principal. They were monitoring us every now and then as to how we are eating our food. Rudest and ill-mannered owner and manager. DONT GO HERE EVER. This place deserves to be shut down. I dont know who gave these 4 star rating.They also told us to stop looking at our phones and eat and the food. I mean like WHAT THE HECKKKK!!!!
