Very disappointing experience at this restaurant. We were there for a birthday party all 22 of us felt the same and the other tables around us too were scolding the staff..The service was extremely poor from start to finish. We had to wait a very long time for our food, and even after requesting multiple times, the staff kept ignoring us or giving vague responses. There was no proper communication or apology for the delay. When the food finally arrived, it was not worth the wait at all. The dishes were cold, lacked taste, and seemed poorly prepared. Some items didn’t even feel fresh. The overall quality of the food was far below expectations. The staff also appeared uninterested and inattentive, which made the experience even more frustrating. A restaurant should value customers’ time and provide decent service, but unfortunately this place failed badly on both service and food quality. Had a great lunch experience at Barbeque Nation - Indiranagar! The food was delicious with a wide variety of starters, main course dishes, and desserts. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. The service was excellent — the staff was courteous, quick, and very attentive throughout the meal. The atmosphere was pleasant, clean, and perfect for a relaxing lunch outing. The pricing was also quite reasonable considering the quality, quantity, and overall lunch experience. Definitely a place worth visiting again!
