After watching Pettah Shiva Temple, have a meal at Sonu Bakery. The hallmark of Sonu Bakery is serving good cutlets. Most visitors indicate that the staff is professional. Cool service is something guests agree upon here. The atmosphere is lovely, as people see it. But this place has been rated below average by Google.

On Thursday 02/01/2025 I had ordered 5 chicken cutlets, 1 chicken burger and and 2 packets of potato chips with Rs 60 each from Sonu Bakers opposite KEPCO. I have paid in total of Rs 240. When I back home and opened there were only 2 cutlets. I didn't go straight back as I thought as a regular customer would notify them next time when I go there. I went back there on 07/01/2025 and pointed this issue. The way the senior guy responded was awful. He started questioning me and asked "is this the first time you are buying cutlets. He further went on saying he is doing the business there for 25 years and will never make any mistake that if he had charged that much he would have given the stuffs for the money.I have showed him the amount which I had paid through GPay with no use as he was adamant that he would have given the stuffs which place me in a position as a liar. I did make a mistake as I didn't ask for bill( They will not provide bills) and didn't showed up just right after I had faced this issue. After all I just trusted them. Guys if you are purchasing anything from there, please make sure you ask for bill. I am attaching the photo of the payment with this. NB: I did confirm the amount of chicken cutlets which is Rs 15 and the chicken burger is Rs 60. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹200–400 Service: 1
