Excellent service, warm hospitality. The staff was kind enough to get me my favourite dessert B’stilla au lait from Souk – a delightful gesture! Rich traditional Indian ambience with North Indian food served with great attention to detail and authentic flavours. What I tried: Paneer Tikka Hara Bhara Kebab – not great, mostly tasted of peas Luchi & Dal – delicious Dal Makhani – hands down the best Aloo Dum Spicy Paneer Gravy – very tasty Roomali Roti & Kulchas – served hot and fresh The server's table was filled with used cutlery and plates-it was opp to our table. Looked like kept from quite sometime. We were seated for more than 10 mins but no one bothered to remove - Then I had to request them to clean. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,200–1,400 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection Vegetarian options: Tikka & Kebab, North Indian, Bengali luchi Dal

I went to Sonargaon last weekend with my family. I had pre booked so got our seats as soon as we went. Services was good as we were provided with menu, water and roasted papad as soon as we were seated. We had ordered Fish Fry and Paneer tikka in starter. It had one of the best taste and quality that I have ate in quite sometime. The fish was fresh and paneer was creamy. For dinner we had ordered butter nan, dhania murg and paneer sonargaon. The chicken had tender pieces and it was absolutely delicious. Paneer was top notch and butter nan, wow, it was fresh and soft. The food was worth the price they charge. The only thing that can be improved is the noice, but then it’s the customers that make it rather than the restrau. Also, do not forget the complementary meetha paan, it’s a must
