Disappointing Dining Experience I recently visited hotel soft in Kannur and was underwhelmed by the experience. Despite the hype, the local biryani was overpriced at ₹190, considering similar options are available for ₹110. The ambiance was unimpressive, with limited seating capacity. The food was average, with excessive salt. The staff seemed more focused on conversation than attending to customers. This is a small hotel in Kannur. You will have to adjust yourself to sit comfortably. We cannot call this a family restaurant. The main attraction is the food - mostly non veg. For the last 3 decades people swarm here for it's chicken biriyani. So people are willing to forgo comfort. Besides take away facility is being utilised to the maximum. Heading back to my hometown was absolutely exhilarating, especially when I got to indulge in my all-time favorite food! The customer service was fantastic, and the prices were so budget-friendly.
