I have a very bad coustomer service in MRA. Restaurant kannur. The service boy treats very badly in my family.
In 9/9/22 at 4 pm . Please check it the honourable owner,s and take necessary action.

Very poor hospitality and service. Manager says that it is due to lack of staff. More care is given for customers sitting in A/c section of the restaurant.Witnessed customers shouting in front of the manager.
