How quickly the experience degrades. I 5 starred this 2 years back and now have to give 2 stars. The quantity of food reduced. Mostly nothing is available. Happened twice with me.

We went as a group of five for lunch. Right off the start the staff was condescending and dismissive. The soups and salad were fine, but everything else went south. One person in the group had dietary restrictions (gluten). The server was asked if it was added to a dish, and he dismissed the question. We kept asking to confirm with the chef at least 3-4 times and he refused every time, instead repeating that the said ingredient was not present. The food came, it seemed off, we begged 2-3 times again, and he finally asked the chef. Guess what - there was "some" maida mixed. This thing repeated with another dish and another server, who refused to ask the chef until we refused to eat the dish and asked to send it back. Guess what again - there was maida involved there as well. Despite all of this, their attitude remained awful, like they did not want us there. Also, service was slow - despite the place being practically empty at the time. All the subsequent dishes were substandard - very highly salted to the point that it was difficult to eat. The wait staff was called again, and they dismissed us (again), saying that that fish is supposed to be salty. When the food was sent to the chef to taste (after a lot of arguing - you can see a pattern in the behaviour), we were told that the chef tasted it and it seemed fine to him. So you see, the problem with Indie Kulture goes beyond food. It is the condescending attitude, their not being ready to accept responsibility for any shortcomings, and no respect or consideration for their guests. PS: My rating is not influenced by the PATHETIC state of the washroom (not cleaned in ages, urine stains all over the seat, and taps that don't work, plus no soap). And them not turning on backup power supply during a power cut, leaving guests without air conditioning and lighting for at least 15-20 minutes, until we asked for it. All in all: it was pretty much a disaster. We paid over 1k per person (after the 10% discount they gave), and the food and service were just NOT worth it. Just left a bad taste in the mouth (literally and figuratively). Seriously, the valet parking guy was the best thing about the place - he was nice and polite, and above all, knew how to do his job.
