You had made multiple bookings under different discount slabs through Swiggy Dineout — 3 pax under 50% and additional bookings under 30%. As per policy clearly mentioned on the platform, offers apply strictly according to the number of people reserved. Since there were 5 guests, our team respectfully requested payment as per the correct terms. Despite our manager and even the Swiggy team explaining this politely, you chose to argue, misbehave with our staff, and create a scene — all over a difference of just ₹200. Such behavior towards our hardworking team is deeply unfortunate. At Moti Mahal Delux, we believe in offering honest service, fresh food, and transparent billing. We always welcome genuine feedback for improvement, but we do not support any form of threats or disrespect towards our staff.
