Rating: (2/5) Snehitha Restaurant offers tasty pure vegetarian food, but the overall experience is severely hampered by poor management and logistics. Service Issues: The service is quite disappointing, especially for those ordering a Thali. There is a complete lack of proactivity; the staff does not check if you need curry refills, and I had to ask multiple times just to get rice. If the establishment cannot maintain the service standards required for a Thali, they should consider removing it to focus on more profitable a-la-carte items. Parking & Location: Finding parking for a four-wheeler is extremely challenging due to its location right beside the Metro station. Food Quality: On a positive note, the taste of the food is good and we even took a parcel home, but the lack of hospitality makes the price paid feel unsatisfactory. Verdict: Go for the taste if you are using public transport, but do not expect attentive service or a smooth experience if you are driving. This cafe has a cozy and aesthetic ambience, making it a perfect spot to relax or hang out with friends. The coffee tastes rich and fresh, especially the cappuccino, which was really impressive.
