I was deeply disappointed with my visit to Diamond Cafe. The level of cleanliness was far below expectations, with greasy surfaces making the environment uncomfortable. The food appeared to be from old stock, which compromised its quality significantly. To make matters worse, the staff exhibited unprofessional and rude behavior, which was very off-putting. Lastly, the lack of proper payment options made the experience even more frustrating. Immediate improvements are needed for this establishment.
