Extremely Disappointing Experience I visited this hotel today for a one-day stay, with a confirmed booking already made and paid for through my agency. However, upon arrival, I was shocked by the unprofessional behavior at the front desk. The staff had no clue about my booking and offered no assistance or proactive approach to resolve the issue. I waited at the reception for over 30 minutes without any proper communication or update. Eventually, I had to contact my agency myself, collect all the necessary documents, and present them as proof. Despite that, the hotel manager still raised doubts about the payment and treated the situation with suspicion rather than support. In the end, I chose to leave the hotel without staying. This experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting basic professionalism and hospitality.

Sneha Inn is one of the best hotel in Kannur. I had a superb stay at Sneha Inn business class hotel. Those looking for hotels near Parassinikkadavu Temple, Vismaya amusement park and Parassinikkadavu snake park, Sneha Inn hotel in Kannur is the best option. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
