I had lunch at Sizzling Salsa today, and the experience was extremely disappointing. We ordered 2 Jamaican Jerk Sizzlers, and the most disturbing part of the experience was finding a bug in the food. At a restaurant of this standard, this is highly unacceptable and reflects a serious failure of hygiene and quality control. What made the situation even worse was the way it was handled. There was no genuine apology, no real sense of accountability, and despite such a shocking incident, we were still charged the full bill. That level of negligence and indifference made an already bad experience even more upsetting. Overall, this was not only disgusting but deeply unprofessional. A restaurant that cannot maintain basic hygiene standards and then fails to respond responsibly does not deserve customer trust. Would not recommend.
