We had one the worst experience in Surat. The food is just too much spicy. The pad Thai noodles were overcooked and blend. And the Ac ventilation was not just bad. They are serving sizzler’s and don’t have a proper ventilation. Worst experience. The staff is so adamant. We have to get up from our place and go to the counter to ask for a waiter. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Bonzai in Surat offers a pleasant ambience with a well-designed space that creates a relaxing atmosphere. The service is good, and the staff is courteous, but some areas of training could enhance the overall experience. While the food has potential, I found it to be a bit oily, which could be improved for a better dining experience. “Recently checked out Bonzai Multicuisine Restro & Cafe with a friend. The food was decent, but the ambience was definitely Instagrammable! Vibes were a mix of chill and casual. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Worth a visit if you’re in the area!” Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
