Very disappointing experience at Silk Route, Jaipur. Had to ask twice for water, ramen was just instant noodles with vegetables, and biryani arrived after 45 minutes with stale onions. Poor service and terrible food. Definitely not going again.

Both hot and cold items were served lukewarm, and the mocktails seemed overly diluted.After the visit, we noticed that we appeared in the background of promotional content used by the restaurant in collaboration with a food vlogger, without our consent. Despite multiple requests, this content has not been taken down. This may be a concern for visitors who value privacy or prefer a quiet family dining experience.Overall, the experience fell short of expectations, particularly in terms of service standards and customer care.

We highly enjoyed Silk Route Jaipur and would strongly recommend it! For a party of 5 we ordered gyozas, chili wonton soup, oyster mushroom dim sum, exotic vegetable curry, Thai green curry, sticky jasmine rice, jasmine tea with honey, and ras gulla tiramisu. The food was exquisite to say the least. The atmosphere was quite enjoyable, the workers were kind and accommodating. The service was medium-paced but can be made up for by the high quality of the restaurant.
