I went there on recent Sunday eve, the ambience and food at Nouba Restaurant & Rooftop Lounge were good, but the portion sizes were very small, which was disappointing considering the price. The main courses were tasty, but the dessert experience was poor. The tiramisu, in particular, was bad in taste, lacking freshness and flavor. When I shared this feedback with the staff, they asked me to pay the bill first and did not take my concerns seriously. Instead of addressing the issue, they offered me a scoop of ice cream as compensation, which felt dismissive and inadequate. Overall, while the food quality was decent, the small portions, disappointing dessert—especially the tiramisu—and the unhelpful attitude of the staff left me dissatisfied.
