A great evening that ended with an unpleasant surprise. I visited Knighthouse hoping to have a good time. When I reached the rooftop, a staff member showed me a table. I requested a balcony table, but he said those are given only to groups of four. Since it was a Monday evening(7:06 PM) and almost all the balcony tables were empty, I politely asked if I could sit there. The representative then asked me, “How long are you going to sit?” Honestly, if a customer enjoys the vibe, food, and atmosphere, they will naturally stay longer. After some request, he finally allowed me to sit there. However, the way the situation was handled did not feel polite or welcoming. In the hospitality industry, such responses can leave a negative impression on customers. Apart from this experience, I’m sharing my honest rating regarding the food, service and atmosphere. Food review:. I ordered Crispy Corn and Chicken Tikka: 1. Crispy Corn was 3.5 out of 5:. Crispy Corn stayed crispy for quite a long time. Until I finished it was crispy and I almost took 35 mins and taste wise it was good, could have been a bit flavourful. 2. Chicken Tikka was 4.5 out of 5:. The chicken tikka was on spot. I asked for a but spicy and it was exactly what I expected, juicy and perfectly roasted in tandoor. The chicken peace could have been a bit small like a bite. The quantity was also good.
