If you happen to be near Siddhi Vinayak Temple, you can visit this bar. Knighthouse offers food delivery for the convenience of its customers. If you want to try some delicious beer, this place is a nice choice for you. The competent staff welcomes people all year round. We wanted to enjoy the terrace serenity over a cozy Sunday. We were seated on a table where there was no cooler circulation and felt extremely humid. On asking for a table change the host said all the seats were occupied and could barely help. The food took too long to prepare. Overall the service was pathetic.

Extremely disappointing experience @knighthouse_jaipur. We had made a confirmed reservation through Swiggy Dineout for their unlimited craft beer offer at 945 (attaching my booking voucher) but upon arrival, the restaurant refused to honor the booking. The manager, Lokesh Sharma, insisted that everyone at the table - including our 78-year-old mother who doesn't drink - must pay for the unlimited beer offer, even though only one person intended to avail it. We explained clearly that not all of us consume alcohol, yet he refused to accommodate this, saying it was "per head or no booking." However it is nowhere mentioned in the terms and conditions. Lokesh Sharma was very rude and was more than happy that I post a negative review about Knighthouse. This is not just poor customer service - it's misleading and unethical. Would never recommend dining here. I also booked a table through Swiggy Dineout, which clearly showed a 35% discount on the bill. After dinner, the manager refused to let me pay through Swiggy and insisted I pay directly saying that my booking is invalid- just to avoid giving the discount. This is dishonest and goes against the terms of Swiggy Dineout. If the restaurant doesn't want to honor listed offers, they shouldn't be on these platforms. The Food was also very average.
