I recently tried Sijis Pizza in Thrissur. The pizza's are good and well-balanced flavors. They have a wide variety of pizza and they are offering a delightful blend of flavors with thin crust. What truly sets Sijis Pizza apart is their commitment to authentic wood-fired pizza. The smoky flavor and crispy crust are elevating their pizzas to a whole new level. Thier service can be a bit slow. Be prepared to wait a little longer for your pizza to arrive. Crime against pizza lovers I've had better pizza from a supermarket freezer. Siji's Pizza Street isn't just bad - it's an insult to pizza cuisine and the very concept of food itself. The crust was simultaneously soggy AND burnt, a culinary achievement I didn't think is possible. Cheese that looked and tasted like melted plastic wrap. Toppings so sparse, I'm convinced they were rationing chicken by the molecule. Sauce that tasted like it was sourced from a can made in 1990. When I complained about my wet cardboard-like pizza, the staff shrugged with indifference. Final Verdict Save yourself. Eat frozen pizza. Talk to a random stranger. Anything is better than Siji's so-called Pizza. Absolutely do not recommend. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
