We visited the restaurant on 22 dec at 7 pm. Only 1 other table was occupied. We ordered in less than 5 mins. They said the pizza would be ready in 20 minutes. We waited till 7.30 , they said they are preparing. We asked again at 7.45, they said they have just placed it in the oven and would take anther 8 minutes. At that point, we asked them to deliver to our house, which is just 5 minutes from the restaurant. We explained our exact location and still they asked to send the directions to one number, after about 15 mins, we get a call asking us to send to another number. Finally, after few calls, the pizza was delivered at 9 pm. I have not seen such a mis managed restaurant in my life. I didnt know pizza delivery would take sooooo long. 20 minute pizza became 2 hours pizza. Yes, they have fancy names, maybe the tatse is also good, i couldnt say because it was very cold. But pathetic service. When we called them to ask why it was delayed, they said that they forgot our order. I guess thats what happens when a restaurant prefers zomato orders more than store orders.
