I recently had the pleasure of dining at sidewok + Fez Restaurant, and it was truly a delightful culinary experience. From the moment I stepped into the restaurant, I was greeted by a warm and inviting ambiance that set the tone for the evening. The menu Sidewok offered a diverse selection of dishes, showcasing a fusion of flavors and fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The knowledgeable and attentive staff provided excellent recommendations and catered to my dietary preferences with ease. Each dish was beautifully presented, and it was evident that great care was taken in the preparation and plating. I started with the seared scallops appetizer, which was perfectly cooked and served with a flavorful citrus glaze. The combination of textures and flavors was exquisite. For the main course, I opted for the grilled salmon, which was cooked to perfection, moist and flaky with a delicious herb crust. The accompanying roasted vegetables were a delightful addition, adding a burst of color and freshness to the dish. To end the meal, I indulged in the chocolate lava cake for dessert.
