I visited this place on 26th April 2025. Such a horrible experience. They spoiled my mom's birthday.First I reached there. I had made a reservation for 9:30 and I reached there at 9:25. I told them I had a reservation for 9:30. There said you have to wait. i was like okay for how long ? They said they are not sure. i said it's okay I'm okay to wait 10-15 mins I understand. Then they said they are not sure, maybe I have to wait for an hour or so. I was like what??? What's the point of online table booking and taking cover charge if you are not gonna guarantee our seats. we waited for 40 mins then I was so angry before who came after us got the seats. Then I was so frustrated and after a lot of argument I finally got the seat. We asked one to get the menu, then another one but no one got us the venue, again frustrated! Then, after a lot of wait we ordered and we wanted some bowls for curry and again we asked three waiters and no one got them. My father got frustrated and then one staff person came and gave us the bowls. After all this, they added a service charge in the bill which we asked to remove because clearly we hated their service. there is so much mismanagement. no one listens there. i think people who are their regular customers are prioritised. Worst experience ever.The food was okayish.
