I visited Shree Ratnam, Jail Road with my 6-year-old child to enjoy some South Indian food, and to my absolute shock, my child noticed an insect in the food (video attached). This is completely unacceptable for any restaurant, let alone one of this reputation. When I showed it to the staff, they did not even have the decency to apologize. Instead, they were reluctant and asked me to delete the video. I repeatedly asked for their names, but no one was willing to share them. No apology, no accountability – such a shameful experience. Food safety and basic customer respect seem to mean nothing here. This matter needs attention from the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI). I have visited sree rathnam restaurant at jail road for tea, tea is average but price is too high they charged for two tea Rs. 146/- appx.

I visit Shree Rathnam restaurant with my Friends. First of all they took approx 25 min to prepare the food. The Quality of food was just ok ok, but according to their price it was not gud. They should improve their quality according to their price or decrease their price as per their Quality. Well i ordered North Indian food.
