I visited Sandoz Barbecue, Janakpuri for my wife’s birthday celebration with a group of 12 adults and 2 children, and the experience was nothing short of terrible. For a place that claims to serve quality food, everything we were served was below average and honestly not worth the ₹15,000 we spent. The variety of non-veg starters was shockingly low, and whatever little they served was pathetic in quality—dry, tasteless, and clearly not fresh. Even the chutney on the side was bland and had a strange fridge-gas kind of smell, which was extremely off-putting. To make matters worse, the chicken momos were raw with actual ice still inside the filling. This is not just bad service—it's unsafe. The Manager was absolutely lazy and arrogant. The staff was completely unresponsive, took ages to refill the starter dishes, and didn’t even provide proper cutlery. We had to repeatedly ask for basics that any restaurant should provide without reminders. The main course was equally disappointing. They served rotis so late that I had already finished my food with rice alone. Who serves breads after the meal is done? Overall, the entire experience was a total waste of money. This place absolutely ruined what was supposed to be a special evening. I’m never coming back, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this place. There are far better restaurants in Delhi—this one is simply not worth your time or money.
